1. Where are you based, and how far can you travel?

Our Headquarters Is In Mumbai, Goa and Udaipur. But We Work Globally, Capturing Love Stories Everywhere.. We can travel anywhere across the

globe to capture memories that you can treasure for a lifetime.

Each wedding celebration holds its distinct charm and significance.

Outstation and International Travel costs are as per the

lowest / most reasonable fare during the slot needed.

All travel charges need to be paid in advance and

will be indicated in your wedding package

2. How can we book you?

Give us a few details of your event, and we can proceed.

You can block your dates as early as 6 -12 months before your wedding.

3. How much do you charge, and what are the payment terms?

For a usual 2-3 day wedding, our clients end up paying around

4,50,000 INR – 5,80,000 INR.

We take 50% of the complete payment before the wedding. The remaining is due after the delivery of the first set of images, i.e 10-15 days after the wedding.

Pre-Couple Portrait Sessions begin at Rs. 30,000 – 85,000

Each wedding is unique for us, and the cost of your wedding photography

and films depend entirely on the scope of work.

4. Who will document our wedding? Do you hire freelancers?

Your Wed Stories is in its fifteenth year of documenting weddings.

Our current set of teammates has been together for the past many years.

While we do bring in fresh perspectives and young, creative artists,

 5. What are your deliverables?

PHOTOS

We deliver around 500 – 800 edited images per day.

Candid / Contemporary photographs of the ceremony.

We intend to capture the true emotions and treasured moments of the

Bride & Groom and their immediate family and friends during the whole ceremony.

Our meticulous selection process ensures that every significant moment captured is delivered, effectively narrating the unique story of you and your loved ones.

We prioritize comprehensive documentation of the entire event, including candid moments with friends and family.

Trust us to go above and beyond, frequently

exceeding expectations by delivering even more

memorable moments than anticipated!

FILMS
A 3-5 minute cinematic trailer.
A complete highlight film of 20 – 25 minutes.

6. What is the delivery timeline?

PHOTOS
A complete set of images will be delivered within

45-60 days from the last day of the shoot.

FILMS
Wedding films take between 90-120 days from the date of shoot.

The time in between is spent in carefully handcrafting (curating, processing, editing)

the output and putting it together to tell your story in the best way possible.
At the end, you will get a pen drive delivered to your doorstep containing

all the HD images and videos.

7. Do you make photo albums?

Our beautiful photo albums are crafted with care by our in-house designer.

After you’ve chosen your favourite images, select from a variety of quality

materials such as Italian Suede, Vegan Leather, and Linen, with swatches

available for your selection.

8. Do you give raw unedited images?

No, as we believe that editing is half the magic that goes into images

And without this huge step, the images are only halfway done.

We promise never to leave any photos out that you’ll want/need,

And if you feel we missed delivering a photo, just ask.

We are more than happy to check back through our

images and send them over to you (We make mistakes, no lie!).

We won’t let you miss out on your memories.

9. We can’t pose and are awkward in front of the camera! How do we ensure good photographs?

The couples we’ve had the pleasure of working with aren’t professional models, and for many, it’s their first time in front of a camera.

Yet, when you browse through our portfolio, you’ll notice they appear relaxed, happy.

That’s because we’ve figured fun ways to help them feel

at ease and genuinely have a good time during our portrait sessions.

We believe in capturing authentic moments,

So we encourage couples to engage in activities they enjoy during the shoot.

This allows them to naturally forget about the camera.

Our guidance is subtle; we offer gentle prompts rather

than rigid posing instructions.

Every couple is different, and we adapt our approach accordingly.
